Leadership Development

The native people themselves must be the ones to bring hope and education to their own communities, but they require training and guidance. In 1997 TellAsia began providing training to individuals who demonstrated a desire not only to come out of backwardness, poverty and illiteracy themselves, but to help others do so as well.

We train leaders in spiritual, economic and academic community service enabling them to become wholistic leaders of their communities. They set a moral example of family values while serving the poor and educating those willing to learn.

Each year 5,000 individuals.

Training programs span one-day, three-days,three-weeks or three years. These include both informal workshops as well as multi-year certificate and degree programs. Thus, native leaders receive a firm foundation and are equipped to be spiritually, mentally and emotionally mature stewards serving their communities for the common good.

These leaders return to their villages bringing hope, peace and salvation while also upgrading whole villages through founding rural education centers for children, health and hygiene training for women, and skills development for young adults.
