Discipleship and Biblical training is a large part of our ministry. Raising leaders is the greatest challenge in a region where there are almost no Christians. Short-term discipleship training programs are ongoing in all five of our regions in North India, and three Bible Training facilities are under construction.

Please pray for these training facilities to be completed, which will enable us to train many more young believers and raise them up as leaders.

LEADERSHIP TRAINING

This year we conducted over 60 individual leadership and discipleship programs, training over 1,000 new leaders. One of the largest of these was the annual Awadhi Conference. This took place on November 4th - 7th and was funded and resourced by Pastor Norman Hunt and his team. 800 pastors and  Christian leaders from all cross the Gangetic Plain area received excellent Biblical training and new vision to bring the Gospel to their regions.
