What is the 2020 Network?
In 2009 TellAsia formed a new network of pastors, church planters, and ministries who together have embraced one vision: to see the north India state of Uttar Pradesh (currently less than 2% Christian) become 20% Christian by the year 2020.
As of December 2010, the network’s field reports show 113,537 new believers, 17,917 new baptisms, and 4,830 new house-based churches.
Network leaders are issuing a call to the international body of Christ: We cannot reap this harvest alone! Please come help us!
A Pastor’s Ministry Transformed
I am pastor B.L. Prami from Agra district. I joined the 2020 Network in early 2010. When I heard about the 2020 Network, I was excited by this vision to unite the body of Christ and expand the Kingdom of God in Uttar Pradesh.
Before joining the 2020 Network I was the pastor of one church. I had no vision for my ministry. But I thank God this network has provided me with a vision. Now I am working as part of a team with six other leaders. I am doing networking in my own district and also in other districts nearby.
Not only has the 2020 Network given us a new vision, but the network has also provided us with bicycles, Bibles, and training programs.
Now through my ministry many people are accepting Jesus Christ as their savior. I am totally committed to the 2020 Network, because it has made my ministry strong and effective.
Annual Conference Approaching!
Our team is busy preparing for TellAsia’s largest training event of the year: the annual 2020 Network Leadership Conference. On December 5-8 2011, more than 900 leaders from every corner of Uttar Pradesh will come together for four action-packed days.
Visit TellAsia’s YouTube channel to watch a short video of last year’s conference: www.youtube.com/tellasia
This year’s conference will include practical leadership training, Bible teaching, times of personal ministry, and explosive prayer.
TellAsia is seeking international partners who might want to participate in the conference or help with funding. This is your opportunity to touch more than 900 front-line leaders in one of the least-reached places on earth.
