WHAT WE DO

TelAsia Ministries transforms lives through God's love coupled with education and humanitarian aid. We do this in some of the most needy areas of the world.

Our primary focus is in northern India - home to almost 1/7th of the world's population including 35 million at-risk children. Only 1% of the population are followers of Jesus Christ. Malnutrition and illiteracy are prevalent especially in the rural areas which compose 70% of the population.

The below list reflects some of the fruit of our labors...and of the sacrificial sponsorship of our donors:

Church Planting: In just the year 2011 over 4,000 house-based churches were established in unreached villages and 123,000 people committed their lives to Christ through the 2020 Network project.

Sustainability Record: Almost all the above churches are fully sustainable and are being led by self-supported pastors.

Biblical Training: Provided discipleship and leadership training to over 5,000 native pastors and Christian leaders just since the year 2008.

Economic Development: Enabled over 200 native pastors and their families to become self-supporting by providing them vocational skills training or a micro business.

Sewing Schools: Enabled hundreds of young women to come out of poverty through learning to the skill of tailoring.

Blue Haven Children's Home: 32 formerly hopeless orphan and semi-orphan children now have a loving home and a bright future.

Rural Education Centers: 23,000 disadvantaged children who were growing up illiterate have learned to read and write, and are receiving an ongoing education.

The 2020 Network: A multi-denominational effort to see 40 million people following Christ in the unreached Ganges River area of North India by Year 2020. As of 2009, 1,000 native pastors are participating and corporately led 75,000 people to Christ. The movement has begun! GO

Blue Haven Children's Home construction: Future self-supporing children's home and school to sustain 100 orphan and semi-orphan children. Sponsor a classroom or a dorm room today!

Rural Education Project: Enable a needy child to learn to read and write. Sponsor a child for $38/month.

Transformation Center: Future fully sustainable Bible training center, vocational institute and rescue home for abused girls. Located in the darkest, most needy area of north India.

	A Few of Our Accomplishments - Year 2011
	123,565 people made a commitment to Christ, 34,166 new believers were baptized and 4,680 new house-based churches were planted through the 2020 Network, a project initiated and directed by TellASIA. Over 5,046 pastors and Christian leaders received Biblical training.	23,000 destitute children learned to read and write, and also committed thier lives to Christ. Land was acquired for a future SELF-SUPPORTING children's home, school and medical clinic.
